Submissions

We have an open submission policy. Keep in mind:

We work directly with artists and publishers.
There is no submission fee. Books will be returned, if return postage is paid.
We prefer to work with publications that are soon to launch or magazines that are about to release a new issue.
We are always open to new ideas, endeavors and ski vacations.

Shipping

All orders are shipped free via USPS Media Mail, which has an average delivery time of 2-9 business days. You can opt to upgrade to Priority Mail (2-3 business days) for an additional fee at checkout. A tracking number is included with every order.
Currently, we do not ship internationally.

Returns

We accept returns under certain circumstances:

The item arrived damaged.
You received the wrong item.

A refund will be offered in case the item is no longer available. Priority shipping charges are not refundable. You must contact us within two days of receiving your order to be eligible to return an item. Always contact us in case something is wrong with your order, and we'll do our best to make it right.
